Your Thanksgiving feast is ready to enjoy immediately after picking up.
In order to reheat your Thanksgiving Day meal, place all of the aluminum pans, covered, on a baking sheet in a pre-heated oven at 250 degrees. Allow them to warm up for 25-30 minutes. (Time will depend on how cold they were prior to be re-heated.)
In a saucepan, heat up the gravy on the stovetop on low to medium low heat until starts to bubble; approximately 8-10 minutes.
If you prefer, you can also heat up the mashed potatoes in a sauce pan the same way, but that is up to you as to what is most convenient. Once they are hot, they are ready to serve.
